Immigration Reform in the US

Once the Obama’s administration is over with setting up their economic strategy, government is scheduling to formulate an inclusive immigration policy. Security of the country is one of the major issues so government desires to make laws on immigration policy. In next year’s Whitehouse is scheduling media campaigns to indorse the rights of Latino voters which played a great role in reelection of the president.

Government believes and plans to device the laws regarding immigration which will help the American community as whole in terms of business, health and education. Government official statements like one by Eliseo Medina, supports that government is enthused enough to fight the immigration issues strongly. On many other occasion presidents has highlighted the prominence of immigration reforms in policy, example is of his news conference just after reelection and installation.

On the other hand republican has a bit different policy on Immigration reform. They believe that immigration policies require reforms but government should make a unhurried approach by passing different bills over a good enough period of time. So they believe government should take slow steps in their policy making as far as immigration policy is concerned. In pre-election campaign republican contesters Mitt Romney condemned the president, not to president the comprehensive bills during first term of presidency.

A large number of lawmakers believe that government should not indulge them in such a hardcore issue of immigration and constitutes an independent committee of legislators to device the draft of immigration reforms. However the government is making the back door meeting of highly ranked government official to device the reforms and get them pass through the congress. An immigration policy expert Angel Kelly believes that in president need to take time out for and think on immigration reform as in coming days, he will be questioned the most, on the immigration reform.
